Tam Tui means "spring legs."
Tam Tui is basic training for Chinese martial arts and its considered the front door that all students must enter.
Each of the ten lines of this Tam Tui sets develop you symmetrically on the left and right sides. These drills help you to focus on developing strong, powerful legs and stances.
Youll learn the combat applications in simple, easy to learn lessons. Youll also discover the core principles of Chinese martial arts.
This is excellent training to develop a solid foundation.
