Course Description

Tam Tui means "spring legs."

Tam Tui is basic training for Chinese martial arts and it’s considered the ‘front door’ that all students must enter.

Each of the ten lines of this Tam Tui sets develop you symmetrically on the left and right sides.  These drills help you to focus on developing strong, powerful legs and stances.

You’ll learn the combat applications in simple, easy to learn lessons. You’ll also discover the core principles of Chinese martial arts.

This is excellent training to develop a solid foundation.
12 video lessons - Over 1 hour long

This course is part of our 'Retro Series'.  These are 'Old School' Kung-Fu videos that we published years ago and are now bringing them back due to popular demand.

We've enhanced the footage and added captions to help reinforce the learning experience. However there is only so much that you can do with old video footage.  The material and instruction is still valid, but the video and audio may not be up to current standards.
Note: We have added new video where needed.
