6 video lessons - 30 minutes
This course is part of our 'Retro Series'. These are 'Old School' Kung-Fu videos that we published years ago and are now bringing them back due to popular demand.
We've enhanced the footage and added captions to help reinforce the learning experience. However there is only so much that you can do with old video footage. The material and instruction is still valid, but some of the video and audio may not be up to current standards.
Note: We have added new video where needed.
